The big thing with fire is the smoke damage, which by ordinary means, is impossible to get rid of. Ameri Pro has proven methods to abolish the smoke smell that invades every nook and cranny. The first thing they removed all and I mean all the items in our house plus the insulation, which harbors most of the smoke smell. The items were returned in a timely manner thoroughly cleaned or sterilized, free of any smell at all. Many times a house has been restored structurally but still has the smoke smell!
Ameri Pro has successfully made our house a very livable and pleasant smelling house. Ameri Pro and Odd Fellows has made our house better than what it was.

On behalf of Sheriff Raines and myself, I would like to thank Ameri Pro Restoration for all of their assistance. On Decemeber 23, 2008, the Eaton County Sheriff's Delta Patrol substation flooded due to a malfunction with the sprinkler system.
Within one hour of calling Ameri-Pro for assistance, your employees arrived and began to clean-up. They worked through the night and by 10:00 AM the next day the clean-up was completed and the drying out process had started. As you can imagine we are a 24/7 operation and realizing this, the individuals assigned to this project did their very best to have us operational again, with very little disruptions and inconveniences.
On January 5, 2009 your company had started the restoration process. This is when the interior walls were dry enough to begin working. The damage was extensive but the work was completed on January 21. The job was done timely, professionally and flawlessly.

On September 14, 2008 we were the unlucky recipients of the City’s overflow of sewage, directly into our basement, amounting to about 6-8 inches of sewage water. Once the City was out and able to unplug the pipes, the water did drain but the sewage was still left, including the smell, which made our house unlivable.
On Monday morning, September 15, 2008, I called Ameri Pro Restoration and they were able to get someone to my house first thing on Tuesday morning. They pulled all our contents and paneling from the basement, hauled the trash away, cleaned, disinfected, and scrubbed the floors and walls. They basically gave our basement a total makeover to get the place cleaned up and livable again. They started the cleanup at approximately 10am and they were COMPLETELY DONE WITHIN 8 HOURS. The smell, the trash and the sewage were all completely gone and it was safe to bring my family home to life again.
The crew was spectacular. They were extremely knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything they were doing. They verified the walls and floor were completely dry before removing their industrial strength fans and commercial dehumidifier from my basement. They tested the remaining studs and the built-in bar for dryness and made sure there were no wet areas left that could lead to mold and further threaten the health of my family.
As an insurance professional, I have seen a lot of “restoration” companies come and go and I would recommend Ameri Pro Restoration to anyone who needed a professional to clean any water damage that may occur.

During the late summer of 2009 we had water problems in our basement. After calling AmeriPro Restoration, Dominic and team came promptly to do an evaluation. They were very professional and gave us a written estimate of what the problem was and the solutions that could be used.
They did the clean up and drying out of the basement, taking care to protect the area that wasn't involved. Consequently, we decided to go ahead with the solutions they recommended. It required both work inside the house and an outside drain. It was handled on a very good and timely basis with restoring the property back to its original condition and cleaning up after themselves daily.
We were kept informed on a regular basis as to the progress of the work, and upon completion were called to insure that things were still as they should be.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Ameri-Pro to anyone that might need this type of service.
